Doug has been coaching - and seeking out coaching - since long before it was a "thing".
He gives priority to longer-term coaching relationships, and also does a limited amount of as-needed executive coaching, by arrangement. For clarity and convenience, he offers a range of coaching packages providing varying levels of engagement. Agreements can be customized to suit particular needs or situations.
Each package builds on a coaching plan developed around individual goals, and defines the anticipated frequency and nature of interaction. Premium packages generally involve a site visit and an annual legacy-, executive-, or marriage retreat, along with participation in an optional Executive Cohort online.
Amount of supplemental consultations with spouse, family or team members, and/or the level of timely, specific feedback ("TSF") vary by package. Organizational resourcing is available on a case by case basis.
Coaching packages generally involve a one-year commitment featuring varying levels of interaction. A six-month option is offered annually which culminates in an immersive coached travel experience - an attractive alternative for busy executives and their spouses.
Platinum Package
A comprehensive coaching program designed for the point leader ready to maintain an aggressive growth focus in multiple dimensions while proactively cultivating a flourishing Core Relational Sphere (marriage, family, mentoring constellation, core team).
Gold Package
This program is for you if you’re determined to develop healthy, sustainable life rhythms that advance your professional goals while reflecting your personal values - in the company of a core of colleagues.
Silver Package
The right choice if you want to make a solid, sustained investment in both your near-term and long-term personal development, with an unwavering focus on finishing well.
Bronze Package
This program is designed as a maintenance-level program if you simply desire a structured and consistent rhythm of support, encouragement, and accountability ("S.E.A.").
Amber Package
This popular six-month alternative for busy executives requires less time per month than Platinum or Gold packages but offers high ROI. Begins with virtual coaching sessions and culminates in an immersive retreat in an exotic location removed from life's normal routines and distractions.
